Hello Revit users & experts. this is my 1st post here I hope i get your support.

I want to make a section in footing that shows the correct dimension of footing and columns at the same time. (see image for illustration). is it possible in Revit-2019 or even in later versions? if not,, is there alternative plan to get the same result ?

Thank You

Impossible. You can only imitate this by place two or more sections side-by-side on sheet.

is there a reason you cant just draw a straight section across both?

because if I make a section across both columns then the foundation length will be skewed (it will be 14.05 m instead of 14 m).

And I have a mission to make a conceptual section extracted from my Revit model showing the normal dimensions of both columns and foundation.

I would suggest you use a plan view to show your concept. A section would be misleading anyways.
