Revit families

I am trying to use Revit 2018. When i want to load family for column, i do not see any family. İs there anybody who can help me to solve my problem?

you need to re-install the library of revit 2018 , go to control panel and click un-install the choose the option of re-install features

or you can load the families from revit 2017 that installed before in your computer or even 2016,2015,...,etc

starting from the location  that appears in you picture go back and back and choose RVT 2017 OR RVT 2016 ,..etc

or go throw this extension 

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk

If you have not installed the content, to install one follow the instructions from this link.

If you have the content installed and you don`t know where it is, follow the instructions from this link to see where the content files are located.( there is a section in this link where, if the default location are not saved in Revit, it is shown how "you can modify the support paths by clicking Options menu > Settings > Options").
