In the link below, I confirmed that when the Revit trial period ends, it is only available as a viewer function with Demo mode.

I would like to ask if this Demo mode can be used for business purposes in the company.

No it should not be used for business purposes.

When it goes into Viewer Mode is stops saving and publishing which makes it very limited for this reason.
