I have had a go at doing the steelwork connections for a portal frame using the automation tool. I can get all connections to work except for the eaves haunch. I can add the connection manually but its driving me nuts why it isnt doing it automatically. I've created the analytical model and the connection type but when I hit run nothing happens.
Anyone came across the same issue?
First check visually
Detail Level Set to Fine
Visibility Graphics
Then Select the Connection and Review the components - Properties Palette > Edit Type > Modify Parameters > Edit Type and check everything is as it should be
I see some different references for you Sections also the Slope from Slope is From & To so you could set this to 0 and 10 if 6 is needed. In the Example below I used the OOTB sections and the same Connection as you have specified and if worked as expected.
