(Revit 2023) Structual area reinforcement fix Layout rule

Hi,

Im working with the Area Reinforcement family but i need exacly 100 mm spacing. Is this possible? it isn't possible with maximum spacing and fixed numbers to get exactly 100 mm spacing.

Does anyone has a easy solution for this?

Hopefully you guys can help me!

Thanks!

The tip here is once you have placed the reinforcement you remove the Area System

You would use the layout method of maximum spacing of 100mm to get as close to the 100mm as possible and it will automatically calculate the number of bars required.

Remove the System

You then need to change this to Number with Spacing and edit the number  (usually reducing the number by 1) so it fits within the host.
