Revit 2023 Family properties modification problem

We have found a problem in Revit 2023, that didn't occur in Revit 2022. We were using a Revit family of an L shaped precast beam, with a top offset of -10cm from the reference level. If we change the heigh of the beam, while in Revit 2022 it works as expected (keeping 10cm offset from the reference level), in Revit 2023 the offset changes (that is not correct).

See here below screenshots:

Edit the Type > change dimension > apply > change to a different Type then back while you are still in Edit Type dialog  will correct the elevation.

You can log the bug so Autodesk can fix it in a future update.

Thanks. How can I log the bug?

Finally, the Self-service options will indicate a snapshot of the most recent solutions from the  Knowledge Network, specific to the product selected.

Once a case has been created for you, you will receive a notification in your inbox based on the company email you registered. Reply to the email and share as many details as you can. The support team will try to reproduce the issues for you and provide possible workarounds.

Hope that helps,

Wendy
