We have found a problem in Revit 2023, that didn't occur in Revit 2022. We were using a Revit family of an L shaped precast beam, with a top offset of -10cm from the reference level. If we change the heigh of the beam, while in Revit 2022 it works as expected (keeping 10cm offset from the reference level), in Revit 2023 the offset changes (that is not correct).

Edit the Type > change dimension > apply > change to a different Type then back while you are still in Edit Type dialog will correct the elevation.
You can log the bug so Autodesk can fix it in a future update.

I encourage you to contact Autodesk Support at Contact Support so that they take a closer look into the issue. They'll have access to some additional tools that we don't have here in Support Communities.
Finally, the Self-service options will indicate a snapshot of the most recent solutions from the Knowledge Network, specific to the product selected.
Once a case has been created for you, you will receive a notification in your inbox based on the company email you registered. Reply to the email and share as many details as you can. The support team will try to reproduce the issues for you and provide possible workarounds.
