Revit 2022 Version 22.0.10.28 falls over once an add in feature is installed

This is a very bizarre error. A Revit Education version installed last June worked fine. Used Hot fox to be compliant with Ver 22.0.10.28 - worked fine again. As soon as I installed links to either Naviate REX or Robot Structural Analysis Professional link the program boots up gets past the splash page ribbon fills in and properties and project browser about to fill in; then wham! Program drops out crashes with no error message no clue what is bothering it! Uninstall using WIN 10 programs and features usually brings back Revit 2022 from the dead. For some-one teaching the importance of interoperability and collaboration this is an unmitigated disaster.

The WIN 10 desktop has 32GB Ram and is a Xeon HPZ440 and has all the latest windows updates installed.

Why don't you download/install 2022.1, what you have is 2022.01...maybe that issue has been addressed

Hi RDAOU,

Thank you for the solution. Your advice worked fine. Version 22.1 added the link to Robot Structural Analysis automatically into the Analyze tab once it detected that it was installed.
