Revit 2017 - adding lean concrete under the slab

I want to get similar effect like in the section. My current methodology caused that I have created special families, from structural fundation rfa template, but it's not working properly.

Can somebody give me some clues, about how to get lean concrete and "isolation" element in particular places?

Slab is a little bit complex, please take a look at attached ss.

Currently I'm trying in-place sweep with two profiles (isolation and lean conrete) but it's not the best tool for this (I had lots of problems with in-place families). I'm thinking about changing families, but it's still won't give desired result, since some of the pits and it's edges has 60 cms in parameter, but it's cutting to a smaller pit.

Does anyone has some decent workflow?

actually in this case you usually use model in place as i told you or we use slab edge to create the edge profile

Thanks for your time.

Okay, I'll take a look at model-in place. I tried to achieve desired result with beam family, created with two profiles but well, it seems that in-place is better. Slab edge is not working with families created by structural fundation template.
