Revit 2015 Navisworks exporters missing

I have Building Design Suite 2015 but the Navisworks exporters are missing. I have tried to install them from http://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/navisworks/autodesk-navisworks-nwc-export-utility but they are still not available within Revit. Any idea how to resolve this?

Autodesk site stops at 2016 😞
