Revision schedule title block

Hi there 

Ive created a new title block, but i need to add two other fields to the revision schedule. I want to add approved by and checked by. 

At the moment i have issue by and drawn

It is not possible to achieve exactly what you want in a Rev Schedule.

The Fields you want are not available.

Your best bet is to use the workaround method posted above
