Reinforcement in railings

I have concrete railings.

Is it possible to get reinforcement in them?

I don't think so, you can create it as a Structural Framing

They are already created by the Architect as railings.

just a suggestion. create a small generic model which can host rebar.; then select the generic model and click create rebar button and model it on the railing. could you please post a picture of your railing ?
