Rebar view - unobscured and solid

Hi,

is there a way to set red squared values to default?

I just keep losing time to set these parameters manually!

Hi,

Interesting, I'd like to know that as well.

On the other hand, you can draw all of your rebar, get a 3D view and select everything, filter out the rebar in the bottom right corner. Then you can set that setting for all of them at once.

Kind regards

Those can be set per each bar instance, regardless of it being a Single bar or a Set (regular or varying).

By default, unobscured is set on bar creation in the view where the bar was created.

Section views get the unobscured check by default.

Solid cannot be set by default, it can only be set manually after the bar was created and for the view(s) where you want it to show as solid.

Dynamo or a Revit add-on could be used to set the parameters without selecting all bars.

Thank you Ovidiu for clarifying that.
