Rebar Cover - Bottom Face Greyed Out.

Good day guys I am having a problem with Revit 2026 rebar as on the property dialog box under structural - my Rebar Cover - Bottom Face tab is greyed out and I can't specify the cover for reinforcement on the bottom face of my elements.

Please can someone help out in this regard?

Is it joined with other concrete elements?

If so, try unjoin

Joined elements don't show a cover because Revit considers that the concrete doesn't have an exterior face there (which is how Revit interprets how it should be represented but this may not always be the case for some users expectations)
