Rebar Bending Details RVT 2024

The new feature of Rebar Bending Detail is a great update for structural engineers, but has a great lack for everyone who uses assemblies (ex. Precast designers), you cannot use it becuase we are not allowed to use Rebar Bending Details on a assembly view. You can only use this feature on a Model view (See attached images).

Would be great to have an update of this, so we can use it on assemblies views too.

Hope Autodesk will give a look into this.

Hi @frusteai.bogdan.cristian 

With the assembly view open, you can start the bending detail command from Annotate tab > Symbol panel > Rebar Bending Detail and select the rebar in the assembly to create the bending details.

Is there option in dynamo to create rebar bending details, based on bending details function added in Revit 2024?

@MKPAEC00 there is API available for creating bending details, and this API can be called from a Dynamo node. I don't however have an example for this.
