Hi, I'm new to Revit. I was tried to build a cellular column family which I can assign any sizes by my own but I can't do an array to the second hole (but the other holes has no problem). I can't spot the cause of the problem. Can someone help me or if anyone has a template, can you send it to me? I will apply for further study.

@Anonymous Did you try with Autodesk library cellular beam. if not try with attached family. Let me know you comments.
