Quick Change Background Color

I use black background because I want to save my one good eye for a few more years.
Sometimes I think it would be helpful to use white.
Is there a way to create a button or something to quick change between black and white background without going into the File - Options? Kind of like the Thin Lines button...

i don't think there is another way to change background colour besides going to options to change. thanks

there is an option from pyRevit. you can create the button assigned to shortcut keys.

typing REC and enter, it changes from white to black display background or viceversa.

In the Latest versions of Revit this Tool has been introduced on the View Tab
