Project Progress (Planned vs Achieved) Review

In one of my buildings project I need to track the Planned vs Achieved using the Revit Model.

Please suggest best practice.

 Many do that in different ways. Nonetheless, Revit is not the ideal solution for construction stage. Nawisworks, RIB i2 or similar are more suitable for this.

 

in Revit some use filters. they add project parameters one yes/no for the complete/outstanding status and another parameter for the control date. These  parameters are added to the categories they wish to track. Then they use filters to create visual effects. Example: a filters for when control date is Jan and and Complete is No => to override to yellow; and when date is Jan and complete is yes => green

As advised Revit is probably not the Tool for this but if you want to adopt filters;

You could have googled it, using three keys, "Revit" "Filters" "Construction Progress" you didnt need this forum
