Problem in installing Autodesk Material Library

Hi All,

I have been trying to install revit for a while but everytime I try the installation fails when it reaches installing the Autodesk Material Library 2017. The problem am facing is when it reaches the installation of autodesk material library it freezes and the status of the installaion of the top right handside is showing its connecting, and it keeps on the atempt to connect forever, I have attached a picture illustrating my problem. Please I hope anyone that undestands how to solve my problem would have it in their heart to assisst me, I have a submission on the 18/11/2016 it's really important that I find a solution to my problem before it's too late..

You probably are downloading it with the "Download Now" option. Then it starts installing the software and downloading part that are necessary. Unfortunately this causes sometimes problems like you are experiencing. During installation it tries to connect to some Autodesk server to download a part. When your connection is problematic (e.g slow network connection, firewalls) or the Autodesk server is down then you can run into these situations. Therefore I always opt for browser download.

Then it downloads the whole software. After downloading is complete you can start the installation. For me this has been the best way.

Have a look on the page page you downloaded it from if there is a similar option to be found.
