Preparing Revit conatent

Hello,

I am trying to install Revit Structure 2013 on one of our users' machines and am running into some problems:

When running the installation, it gets to ~80% complete when a small progress bar labeled “Preparing Revit Content” pops up.  This dialog hangs stays put for long time ,

I have attached screenshots of the errors

Can you please help provide any suggestions for how I can correct this to ensure Revit 2013 is installer properly?

Thanks

Can you please disable the anti-virus software and install the same? If you can uninstall the anti-virus during the installation of Revit that will be even good, as sometimes anti-virus is automatically starts even though it is disable.

Have you manage to solve the problem? If yes, your feedback is always valuable to those having same or similar problems.

If not, I think that problem is indeed in the Revit content. I too had a lot of trouble installing Autodesk software.

Each time when I was not be able to successfully install Revit, I disabled every family content and it worked every time.

So, try to install Revit without Revit families packages.

I think Autodesk should allow users to download content directly. Installation is very fragile and it takes a lot of time to get stuck on something that's, well, just files.

Also, I think that you should have posted it on Autodesk Installation forum.
