Practise Revit Model Test?

A few places I'd worked before had practice Revit models they used to give people in interviews and ask them to do some work on it, to asses their skill level. The firm I'm at now has only recently moved into Revit and I thought something like that would be a good way to help a few colleagues learn. 

Does anyone have something like this they wouldn't mind sharing and I'd be eternally grateful.

Yeah, I had a look at them already to sort of use as a starting point, just difficult to remember what my old firms used to ask people to do with the models past simple stuff like adding levels, adding views to a sheet, etc...
