Numbering for Revit?

1. can we numbering for revit such as beam column with same length same connection. can we have a way to compare two elements? if they are same they have to same mark

Sort them by type and length in a schedule, uncheck itemize every instance, then you can type in the mark for the same members just once.

i understood with your idea but when i have 2 beam same type and length, beam case B have sub-beam i need make beam B to B-2. Can i have a way to solution that in revit? or make by hand.

Both Beams 22x30 have "Type Mark" = B. (type parameter in family type)

But rename "Mark" of left beam as B-1 and right Beam B.2.

Then Use Tag for "Mark" to differentiate between the two Beams.

The Tag family needs to have a "Mark" for the Label
