No Structural Fabric Reinforcement Tags Family is loaded in the project

hi,

I download Precast Concrete for Revit, but when I go to configuration, reinforcement under mesh there is no any type of mesh there and I got a message saying: no structural Fabric reinforcement tags family is loaded in the project, would like to load one now? I go to library but there is no Fabric mesh under any category.
I have uninstall it and downloaded it again to Revit but same issue.
Could you please tell me how to fix it? I could not find anything similar to my problem in the forum.
thank you

Hi Bogdan,

Really appreciate your answer.

Yes I am using the template of the precast concrete but, the problem that I don't have even the mesh family in the project Browser! Just the rebars.

I didn't have this issue on my work pc but I have it on my laptop.

I copied all the library from my pc into the laptop but no hope.

I have tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling again....same issue.

Thank you for your help and hopefully you will find a solution.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you provide a screencast with the steps from Opening Revit until the Precast loads fully. After, please also share the Revit model to have a look.

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous ,

Somehow your template doesn't have the fabrics (which are system families and should be integrated in the template). You could open another project containing some fabrics, and use Transfer Project Standards to copy the fabrics in your project. After this you will have the option to select the fabric type you need for you wall.

Let me know if this works for you.

Kind regards,

Hi Bogdan,

Thank you so much!! It's working but just in the precast not in the model outside the precast.

Anyway thank you so much and Merry Christmas.

Hi,

I am a Tafe student and got the student version of Revit. I got the similar issues, and I don't even have any other projects. Is there any other way to resolve this problem?

Anyone, Can you please provide me the project has mesh in it, so I can transfer in my project. Being a student I don't have access to any other project then my own.
