Multi-planar rebar - impossible to solve rebar shape ?

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum and I'm also new to Revit, but I hope you can help me.
I am trying to model a reinforcing steel for a precast wall. Some of the rebars around the lifting anchors have particular dimensions (see picture 1).

Given the shape of this one I am trying to model them using a multiplanar rebar, however I get stuck when I adjust the width dimension. It is impossible to reduce this dimension down to the desired one without having the "can't solve rebar shape" error notification . Even after adjusting all the bending radii

Hi @leo.courvalB2PMK

It looks like you have a small distance between the multiplanar bar planes and the out of plane fillets don't fit.

Multiplanar rebar has an Out Of Plane Bend Diameter parameter inside the family. You can set a smaller value for this  (and load it into the project) and check if the bar can be bent (for the distance parameter you set)

Indeed, I have to change the "out of plane bending diameter" parameter of the frame shape family to get the desired shape.
Thank you very much.
