Moving a bolt

How can I move a bolt in a single bolt connection? I have a pair of reference lines that I want the center of the bolt to pass through.

If you set the View Style to Wireframe you get a Bolt Center Crosshair Point you can use for Moving and Aligning - Tab Key to Cycle to the node
