I am currently using Wall Foundation to model the strip foundation system of a building. However, since this is a System Family, I cannot find a way to add parameters suitable for the project I am working on. Since my company is Japanese, I also want to change the default Wall Foundation parameter names to Japanese. Is there a way for me to do this? Thank you everyone.
As regards the language you can set this when Installing the software but you can edit it after if needed

For System Families you can Duplicate > Rename > Edit Type Parameter's for your needs
As regards the Wall Foundation you cannot edit System Families Parameter Names as you have identified.
However you can when creating Schedules you can override the filed Reference
