Model Elements Missing From Revit Export to 3D PDF with Bluebeam

I'm working on a project involving a dome roof with the geometry in the images below. It consists of structural framing and panels as generic models, all created through a Dynamo script. Every element of framing and panel is the same and appears perfectly normal within Revit. However, upon a Bluebeam 3D PDF export it loses some of the panels with no discernible pattern.

Is this a problem with the data interoperability between Revit and Bluebeam? Has anyone come across this before?Revit ViewRevit View3D PDF Export3D PDF Export

Instead of exporting it as a PDF have you tried exporting it as a standalone DWG ? and if so does geometry go missing?
