Mirror or copy rebar w rebar tag -> Rebar tag is placed far from origin (v2020)

Hi all 

I discovered some weird behavior of rebar tag when coping or mirroring them in Revit v2020.

-> The rebar tag is place far from its original position

The behavior is better in Revit v2019 this means something got f*ck*d up v2020.

Easy to simulate in v2020. Not fun to deal with

Could you please add the simple model from your picture?

I can only seem to reproduce this issue when tagging a bar in a varying rebar set.

First of all thank you for replying.

I added 2 models (1 Autdesk 2020 and 1 firmbased template) to this link.

In both of them I reproduced the issue.
