How make the Level family with comments (independent) ?

add it in a separate parameter with reference plane to align with

Use Name parameter instead of Comments.

Name parameter can't be similar. For example if one level name is T.O.S. so I can't to apply T.O.S. to other level.

So I'm looking for something more flexible to give any comments for levels.
