Please guide the steps to create lap splice & cranking to vertical rebars without using any plugins for Revit 2025

Not possible in Revit 2025 without an add-in automatically!

You would need to apply the Splice Tool and then manually edit the Sketch to create the crank!

Please review the Revit Roadmap as there is a specific Topic on this you may want to champion!
