lap length calculation in revit

dear all,

from revit quantity take off i found that it gives less quantity in compare with manual quantification then i found that in revit structural model lap length were missing. i did not get any solution that how we can add lap length directly using revit. right now i am using revit 2015. please do needful for that.

Unfortunately not possible in Revit (let's hope for the next release).

You can try this as a workaround (starting from page 46):
