Greetings,
I've been working on a Revit archive for a course I'm tkaing this term. I was given a CAD archive and this type of foundation was among the details, it's a l shaped foundation. How can I make it on Revit. Or can't I?
Thanks in advance

hi, yes you can start with creating a families by using metric column.rft > create > extrusion then you be able to set dimension parameters. Or in your project you can go to architecture > component > model in-place . thanks
Unfortunately, you cannot use a wall foundation. It has rectangular profile only.
There are various methods to model those foundations; two of which I included in the following screencast.
YOUTUBE | BIM | COMPUTATIONAL DESIGN | PARAMETRIC DESIGN | GENERATIVE DESIGN | VISUAL PROGRAMMING

Thank you for your answer, it helped me with the main foundations. I also found several errors I couldn't see in the AutoCAD archive I was given at university.
Also, thank you for your video and time in this endeavour, it illustrated many things.
Thank you very very much.
