I want to put in a Key Figure of a structural plan in the title file/sheet file,
how do I do that?

I need a figure that shows the actual area on the drawing.
So I want to use a plan drawing in a big scale.
See attached example from another Project.
Make a new floor plan, set the scale as you wish (for example 1/500) and add it to your sheet.
this is a way you can add a key figure for the zone you are reflecting it to the sheet
by using mask region you can point to the area you want,
another way is to use the a revit view and drag it to she
never-displayed
