Joining two different floors

I am currently trying to join two different floors as you can see throutgh the picture that I uploaded. the problem is that the command aint working.

For the floor with floor it does not working, if you want to join i recomend you copy your skech and the you edit and copy the sketch in the other, i think this is the faster way to join existing floors
