Invisible Section Marks

Hi, so I have been trying to make my section mark visible for a while now.

I have tried everything recommended, (Hide at Scales, Reveal Hidden, Category hidden off in the Visibility Graphics, Phase Filters, made a new view even)

Can someone help me with another recommendation?
