Is the project Internal Origin Point the same point as 0,0,0 in AutoCAD?

When I import a clients DWG model into my Revit model, it appears their 0,0,0 is in the same location as my Revit models IOP.

if you are using Revit 2020 or newer, there is a (for lack of a better term) UCS Icon at the Internal Origin. it looks like a Red and Green perpendicular arrows. that is effectively the 0,0,0 location in Revit.  that can be a little confusing because the Survey Point or Project Base Point can also say 0,0,0 when it is not on the internal origin arrows. if you select the PBP, right click and pick Move to Internal Origin it will relocate to the "Internal Origin" arrows.
