Instance shared parameters read only

I would like to create read-only shared parameters for Instance DetailItem like in Attachment. I mean parameters with string "PROCAD_". Why are they read-only? How can I do that?

Rather than writing in the Value tab, try to write in the Formula tab.

In the Family Editor > Family Types, if you write a formula that parameter becomes gray and read-only.
