Insert Drafting Views from mulitple idividual files at once

Creating a single project with all the company's drafting details.

They have each detail in a separate rvt file.

Is there a way to insert the drafting views from each separate file at once.

Inserting each files for 100+ files is going to take forever 😞

Thank you,

Jennifer

I see two solutions. Take the time to put them in a single/few files or make use of Dynamo to automate the process o foisnerting them

If you are creating a standard library for detail items, you are best to put them all in one drawing file. You can always add more details to the library file. This is where you will need a good naming format for your details so it is easy to find when inserting.

the only other way, would be as mentioned before, is to create a Dynamo script to do it. But I tend to lean towards creating a library file and have one person in charge of it. Only add details that have been reviewed and are 100% ready to go. Use the individual files as ones that still need to be revised and reviewed.

Clear as mud? Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions.
