incompatible softwares with revit

Hi,

 

I would like to know which programs are not compatible with Revit or need to change their format in order to be able for Revit interface.

It depends on a project, but from my experience Revit couldn't handle some larger files exported from Catia and did a mess with some IFCs from Aecosim.
