IFC Export Problem

Hello,

When exporting my Revit 2019 projekt to IFC some elemets show up the IFC-file that are not shown in the 3D-view in revit, se pictures. 

One problem is a topography that appears even though we have checked "Export only elements visible in view" and also unchecked topography in the view-teamplate.

Another problem is that elements appears outside the house, this category is windows and I have unchcked that in the view-template. I can find the specific element by the exported element-ID and it is where it should be in Revit.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

There was! But the things showing up belonged to my model and either case, the linked models weren’t showing in the export view. 

it was working on another computer outside our company network and the only difference was that they where using IFC for Revit 2019.1 and I was using the later 2019.3. Thing solved to problem. But not in the long term I guess...

I am having same problem in revit 2020. I am using the add in IFC 2020. I previous versions I haven't had the problem. But now when using the IFC 2020 export, the topography is included in the ifc export, even though I marked the "Export only elements visible in view" option.

Try to switch to at least IFC for Revit v2019.1. You will have to uninstall the 2020-version before installing!
