IFC custom property NOT EXPORTING

I have problem with Revit 2025. Exporting IFC custom parameters set not working at all. What can cause this? Any ideas? Thanks!

Can anyone identify from this short segment why the export of IFC custom properties isn’t working?

Uninstalling Revit IFC 2025 plug in resolved an issue I was facing.  I have no idea what caused it. (https://up1.autodesk.com/2025/RVT/ADSKIFCExporterHelp_25_2.htm#Install)
