IFC Basequantities missing on some elements

Dears,

When I export to ifc a model, checking on "export base quantities" some elements are missing this property set. I've checked this issue in walls or roofs elements, mostly if there is a void in the geometry definition. 

I've got the 19.4 version of the ifc pluggin and I'm working with Revit 2019.2

Not verified it, but this might sound like a bug. You might check on the Github page of the IFC add-in and see if something is already mentioned for this. If not you could write a (bug)report ther. Better chance the programmers will see it. Supply them with plenty of data (like versions of revit and add-in and how they can reproduce the issue)
