How to join 2 separate Objects done using model In-Place

I have done 2 elements/objects using Model in-place. (actually I forgot to make it in one).

How can I join this now or make this 2 object into one?

Or you just Edit one -> copy the geometry -> Cancel the Edit -> Edit the second one -> Paste the geometry (better to open a plan to do it), probably the geometry of the 1st one will be at the same place.
