How to cut a curved wall

I am not able to cut the curved wall (highlighted in red).

Tried through COMPONENANT-->MODEL IN-PLACE-->VOID, but not working.

Any solution let me know. Thank you.

If you can't join then an in-place family with void should work:

Is the in-place family of Wall category?

Is the in-place family void extruded through the full height of the wall?
