How to create structural column from mullion at the same coordinate both top and bottom of column, as a slanted colum.

Here i need help how to create structural column from architectural mullion at same coordinate both top and bottom of column as a slanted colum?

While i try to create structural column from 3d view, 3d snap won't work. And i can't do with model line as help (reference line) when i pick curtain grid.

I attach image and revit file v2024

Create structural framing, not column, use pick line and tick 3D snapping box, then pick and edge of the mullion.  Actually, don't pick mullion, pick the mass divided surface line.
