How to create double layer rebars for Y column

I'm going to create double layer rebars for Y column. Currently I'm using "free form rebar - surface", however I can't adjust the distance manually.

Does it have any method that is more convenient and suitable? Please suggest, thank you.

Do you use Dynamo? With this type of structure, I recommend to have a look at Dynamo to control the layour and distribution of rebar. Here is an AU lesson about Dynamo for rebar, in the last example, there is a Y pier reinforcement examples of Dynamo nodes used.

Hi @thailandbimuser

You can edit the constraints of the free form rebar, and modify the offset with respect to the defining surfaces.

You can also use additional geometry (that you hide in other views) to stop the bars at a certain place.

You can find more information about this in my class from AU 2019
