I am currently trying to create the Rebar shape #25 (3D rebar shape 25)

I have been searching and can not find anything that explains how to do this?  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @abeeryVD7YA

Here's a topic where I made some recommendations about modeling this rebar shape.

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-structure-forum/rebar-standee-shape-125-triangular-profile/m-p/...

Unfortunately you cannot automatically report segment lengths for the shape.

Besides the steps to create this, you can also choose a new shape for the free form set to "keep straight" (since Revit 2022), from the straight shapes that exist in your project. For example, you can duplicate shape 00 and rename it as 25, and then choose that from the properties of the free form bar with which you created the standee.

If you manually input some values for the A, B, C segments of that bar, they will be reported in the schedule.
