Height Offset From Level Tag

Hello,

I would like to have floor tag with the floor's parameter of 'Height Offset From Level'.

Unfortunately, for a reason I don't understand, this parameter does not appear on the floor tag family.

This is how I want to see my tag:

Today in order to do this I locate Relative Spot Elevation and then locate also a floor tag that show the thickness of the floor(two actions).

Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks,

Yuval

You can use span direction symbol for this

Why don't you use a Spot Elevation with Top & Bottom Elevations?

I want to use the 'Height offset From Level' parameter and not the 'Elevation at Top Core'.

Because  I have to write the thickness of the floor and not the Elevation at the Bottom.

In the floor tag, you should use Elevation at Top parameter.

The  Height Offset From Level is not a parameter you can read.

The only way i know is to use dynamo to read the parameter and write it to the Comments or Mark parameter these can be read by the families.

Ok, thanks you. I've thought of this solution but I'm afraid someone will change the Height Offset From Level without to run the Dynamo or without to change manually the comment.

It seems that the only solution is to write a code that update automatically the parameter with Iupdater but I hope it won't slow down the Revit.
