Having Problems with using filter

Filter Setting for columns with mark contaning cThis column reinforcement doesn't change colorand in another column only 3 out of 6 rebars change color

Maybe the wrong host (footing instead of column)?

Try to give that column in particular another mark and watch if the filter catches it 

and if it did maybe it is just a regenerating issue in revit 

if it couldnt catch it try to add another option to the filter is by adding the full mark of the column which would be c6

Also check that the rebars are in column not hosted be footing
