Graphics not appearing correctly

I have a specific file where I am having graphics issues. For example when I zoom in and out the columns (or any item) appears offset from its actual location. They also appear to move as I zoom in or out. When I export to DWG everything is perfect. I have multiple Revit files I am working on, and this is the only one with this issue. Anny suggestions?

I have seen this using linked/coordinated models inside of Revit where the point is outside the 20 mile limit and the link below gives guidance on this.
