This is caused by how Revit joins walls together automatically, and has been dramatically improved in 2025 to overcome this.

you can either;

  • Mitre the wall joints
  • Edit the tolerances in the Analytical Model Creation to overcome this

Exactly how much tolerance should i keep to join the walls. I tried with
different values but it didn't work.
Thank you for the reply.

I cannot repeat as i am using 2025 but i recall I had to use 500 (as i was in "mm") to bet beams to adjust to floor levels.

I also ensure the Walls for the Primary/First Elements to be adjusted

Have any other fixes? because I am currently using Revit 2024. I can't use Revit 25 version.

Whatever the tolerance I insert, the walls are not joining for analytical but its working good with remaining members like beams or columns.
